- Silicone Finger Rings: We include two high-quality finger rings, already installed for your convenience.
- Cleaning Cloth: Ideal for wiping away debris and moisture after use, maintaining the pristine condition of the VG10 steel blades.
- Optimal Angle Cutting: Hold the Groomsaber VG10 thinning scissors at a slight angle to the hair shaft for efficient thinning. This angle allows the teeth to catch and cut the hair properly without leaving demarcation lines.
- Blending Techniques: Use the thinning scissors to blend shorter and longer lengths seamlessly, especially around the face and transition areas. Comb through the coat as you thin to check for evenness.
- Avoid Over-Thinning: Work slowly and assess after every few snips to avoid over-thinning any area. Remember, it's easier to cut more hair than to fix an overly thinned spot.
- Correct Section Sizes: When thinning, use small to medium sections of hair. Large sections can lead to uneven thinning and a choppy appearance in the coat.
- Regular Cleaning: After each use, wipe your scissors with a soft, dry cloth to remove hair, moisture, and residue.
- Lubrication: Apply a drop of scissor oil at the pivot point weekly to ensure smooth opening and closing.
- Protective Storage: Always return your scissors to their case to avoid damage.
- Avoid Dropping: Handle your scissors with care; dropping them can misalign or damage the blades.

Ok. I ordered these on a whim, cuz my Geibs are just not all they're cracked up to be. These Groomsabers are very light. In my hands, compared to other well known brands, I will admit that they feel cheap. But what I will also say is that they are shears I reach for more than any others. They cut so much better than my other high end items. They felt perfect in my hands right away. It remains to be seen how long until they need to be sharpened. Bit for now sm surprisingly pleased. I ordered the straights, thinners, and the curves, and love them all. I'd leave a five star review, but am withholding one star until I see how long they last. As it stands, very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for affordable shears.
