How long does it take to process my order?

We process orders in 1-2 business days. This excudes any sunday, international and bank holidays.

What is your shipping policy?

Courier Service
We make use of a reliable courier services and able to serve clients globally. Whist deliveries are usually on time, we are not responsible for delays by the courier. This is beyond our control. 
Duties & Taxes
Blades are shipped from global warehouse locations. Our prices include VAT and DUTY for the US, CANADA, UK & EU, EUROPE (NON-EU). Other Countries: There is nothing for customers to pay on orders falling below the import duty threshold. We are not accountable for import duties or taxes charged by your government. Please check with your local government department before placing a large order. The information in the table below has been checked, but may be changed by your government.

Incorrect Details
We do not accept responsibility for missing orders, where the customer has supplied incorrect shipping information.
Redirection
If you contact our courier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel is subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged.
